3216317: Websites fail with 'Service Not Available' error intermittently.
3318104 : Service Temporarily Unavailable' error after an arbitrary amount of time or heavy usage.
Solutions:
If you have not already applied ColdFusion 10 Mandatory Update, apply it first.
1. Download Java Runtime Environment (JRE)

2. Download Coldfusion Mandatory
http://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads_updates.html
3. Copy the file(cf10_mdt_updt.jar) C:ColdFusion10cfusionhf-updates
4. Start a command prompt
C:Program Files (x86)Javajre7in>java -jar c:coldfusion10cfusionhf-updatescf10_mdt_updt.jar
5. Install ColdFusion 10 Update 5
6. Increase the number of simultaneous Template requests
